To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You may simply reply to your order confirmation email or send a new message to info@kayliedawn.com. We will supply instructions on sending the item(s) back for a refund. Requests past 14 days will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be offered store credit or be refused.
