Below you’ll find details on returns, exchanges, and wholesale ordering. If you have additional questions, feel free to reach out.
While we are confident you'll adore your Kaylie Dawn goodies, we understand that sometimes, an item you buy online is just not what you expected.
To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You may simply reply to your order confirmation email or send a new message to info@kayliedawn.com. We will provide a shipping label and instructions on sending the item(s) back for a refund. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Requests past 14 days will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be offered store credit or be refused. Returned items must retain the original tag attached. If the tag is removed, the item is considered worn and is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Sale items and customized items are final sale.
Holidays: Gifts may be returned by January 15th of the following year for an exchange or store credit. Email us with your name, phone number, and a photo of the item(s) you'd like to return (if you do not have a receipt) and we will respond with instructions on mailing the item(s) back to our studio and how to access your digital gift card.
